Definitely one form of evangelism — or, rather, two forms of evangelism, as you can make the case for splitting it up into the two discrete aspects.
At our RL parish here in Birmingham, Alabama, we use another form: the ministry of hands, hearts and talent. Our HALO soup kitchen group takes regular turns at an area food bank; and we have a large party working in an upcoming Habitat for Humanity build in March.
